저는 BC 상담사 협회(BCACC)에 등록된 공인 임상상담사(RCC), 하 여주 입니다. 

다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 개인과 가족을 대상으로 상담을 제공하고 있습니다.  인생의 전환기를 지나고 있는 분들, 관계의 어려움과 세대 간 갈등을 겪고 있는 분들을 돕는 데에 특히 관심을 가지고 있습니다. 스트레스, 불안, 우울을 경험하고 계신 분들이나 변화의 시기에 따르는 복합적인 감정들을 함께 다루고 있습니다. 

 

여러분들의 속도에 맞추어 이야기를 나눌 수 있도록, 따뜻하고 존중받는 안전한 공간을 제공하고자 합니다. 부부 및 가족 간 의사소통, 트라우마 회복, 문화적 적응, 개인의 성장과 회복을 주요 상담 영역으로 삼고 있습니다.

상담은 영어와 한국어로 진행 가능합니다.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

I provide counselling to individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Drawing on my lived experience as a mother of two adult children, I have a particular interest in supporting adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and intergenerational dynamics. I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and the emotional complexities that often arise during periods of change

.

I offer a warm, respectful, and thoughtful space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. My areas of focus include marital and family communication, trauma recovery, cultural adjustment, and personal growth.

Counselling is available in both English and Korean.
